Are you and your Rotary/Rotaract club in need of additional features from CANVA?

Has your Rotary/Rotaract club been unsuccessful in applying for a CANVA for non-profits account?

The Rotary Zones 33/34 Public Image Coordinator Teams are now offering a limited number of seats/licenses on its CANVA Teams account to qualified Rotary/Rotaract clubs at no charge.

With a CANVA Teams seat/license, all the PRO features and functions of CANVA would be available to enhance, improve and benefit public image in your club.

Once the necessary criteria are met, your club via its Club Public Image Chair (and other designated club personnel) will receive an invitation to join the Zones 33/34 CANVA Teams account.

Criteria

• • Clubs applying must be a Rotary or Rotaract club in Zones 33/34 and in good standing
  • Clubs applying must have a current Club Public Image Chair appointed in My Rotary
  • Clubs applying (between 1st Janvier and 30th Juin) should have an incoming Club Public Image Chair appointed in My Rotary
  • Clubs applying should have active online presence (i.e. website and/or social media)
  • Clubs applying should be currently participating in Zones 33/34 EPIC Award
  • Clubs applying or individuals in such clubs responsible for public image that are already using a CANVA Pro account or members of an existing CANVA Teams account may not be eligible for this offer.

• • Clubs awarded a seat/license on the Zones 33/34 CANVA Teams account must actively use such over the duration of the awarded period
  • Seats/Licenses on the Zones 33/34 CANVA Teams account are assigned for a maximum of twelve (12) months without automatic or guaranteed renewal
  • Clubs awarded a seat/license on the Zones 33/34 CANVA Teams account should demonstrate an effort to secure their own CANVA Pro or Teams license 
  • Clubs awarded a seat/license on the Zones 33/34 CANVA Teams account which fail to meet or sustain any of the necessary criteria or riles during the award period are subject to forfeiture of the respective seat/license
  • Clubs requiring a seat/license beyond its initial award period would have to re-apply

Applications

• • Rotary/Rotaract clubs interested in securing a seat/license on the Zones 33/34 CANVA Teams account must complete the CANVA for Clubs Online Application Form
  • Submission of the application does not guarantee you or your club a seat/license on the Zones 33/34 CANVA Teams account
  • Applications will be reviewed and an appropriate response will be provided to clubs that qualify within thirty (30) days
